Description

Beat the heat with this easy yogurt bark recipe! A delicious frozen snack, perfect for warm days.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups (500 g) Greek yogurt
  • 23 tablespoons (3045 ml) honey or maple syrup
  • 1 cup (150 g) mixed fresh fruits (berries, banana slices, peaches)
  • 1/2 cup (75 g) chopped nuts (almonds or walnuts)
  • Optional toppings: shredded coconut, chia seeds, dark chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Combine Greek yogurt with honey or maple syrup in a bowl and stir until smooth.
  3. Pour the yogurt mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and spread it evenly to about 1/2 inch (1.25 cm) thick.
  4. Sprinkle mixed fresh fruits and chopped nuts over the yogurt, pressing them slightly into the yogurt.
  5. Place the baking sheet in the freezer for at least 4 hours or until firm.
  6. Once frozen solid, remove the yogurt bark from the baking sheet, peel off the parchment paper, and break into pieces.

Notes

Ensure the yogurt layer is not too thick to freeze properly. Yogurt bark can be prepared up to a week in advance and stored in an airtight container in the freezer.
