- 2 tablespoons olive oil

- Fresh basil for garnish
Instructions
- Cook spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add onions and garlic, sauté until translucent.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned.
- Add mushrooms and carrots, cooking until softened.
- Stir in crushed tomatoes, season with salt and pepper, and let simmer for 20 minutes.
- Serve sauce over spaghetti, garnished with fresh basil.
Notes
For a richer flavor, let the sauce simmer longer. Serve with grated Parmesan cheese.
