Description

Ingredients

  • 200g spaghetti
  • 150g ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can (400g) crushed tomatoes
  • 100g mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 carrot, diced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add onions and garlic, sauté until translucent.
  4. Add ground beef and cook until browned.
  5. Add mushrooms and carrots, cooking until softened.
  6. Stir in crushed tomatoes, season with salt and pepper, and let simmer for 20 minutes.
  7. Serve sauce over spaghetti, garnished with fresh basil.

Notes
