- 30 ml (2 tbsp) honey or maple syrup
- Fresh fruits (berries, banana slices, or mango chunks)
- 30 g (1/4 cup) nuts or seeds (optional)
- 30 g (1/2 cup) dark chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the yogurt with honey or maple syrup until smooth.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the yogurt mixture evenly.
- Scatter fresh fruits and optional nuts or chocolate chips over the yogurt and press them gently.
- Cover the baking sheet with plastic wrap and freeze for at least 4 hours until firm.
- Once frozen, slice or break into pieces and enjoy!
