  • 30 g (1/4 cup) nuts or seeds (optional)
  • 30 g (1/2 cup) dark chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the yogurt with honey or maple syrup until smooth.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the yogurt mixture evenly.
  3. Scatter fresh fruits and optional nuts or chocolate chips over the yogurt and press them gently.
  4. Cover the baking sheet with plastic wrap and freeze for at least 4 hours until firm.
