- Cheddar cheese slices (optional)
Instructions
- Place the ground beef in a large mixing bowl.
- Add the garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce.
- Gently mix the spices into the ground beef, being careful not to overmix.
- Form the meat into a large patty and place it on a cutting board.
- Cut the patty into 4 equal triangles, then shape each triangle into a hamburger patty, each weighing about 6 ounces.
- Press your thumb or the back of a spoon into the center of each patty to create an indent.
- Place the patties in the fridge until ready to cook.

- Place the burgers on the hot grill, indent side up, and close the lid. Cook for about 5 minutes.
- Flip the burgers and cook for another 5 minutes or until the beef reaches 160 degrees.
- Serve hamburgers on your favorite bun along with your preferred toppings.
- Alternatively, heat a cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat and cook the burger patties for about 3 minutes per side.
Notes
For customization, serve with various toppings like lettuce, tomatoes, onions, and sauces. Store leftover patties in the fridge for 3-4 days or freeze for up to three months.
