- 2 roma tomatoes
- 1/4 cup cilantro
- 1/4 red onion
- 1 lime

Instructions
- Cut the avocados in half, remove the pit, and scoop out the flesh into a mixing bowl.
- Mash the avocados with a fork until smooth or to your desired consistency.
- Finely chop the roma tomatoes, cilantro, red onion, and garlic, then add to the bowl with the mashed avocado.
- Squeeze the juice of the lime into the bowl and season with salt and pepper.
- Stir to combine and adjust seasoning if necessary.
- Serve with tortilla chips or as a topping for your favorite dishes.
Notes
For an extra kick, add diced jalapeños. To keep guacamole fresh, store in an airtight container with plastic wrap against the surface.
