Description

A delicious and easy-to-make appetizer with layers of taco flavors perfect for parties or casual snacking.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 can refried beans
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 package taco seasoning
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup sliced olives
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • Tortilla chips for serving

Instructions

  1. Mix together the refried beans and taco seasoning until well combined. Spread the mixture in the bottom of a shallow serving dish.
  2. Combine the sour cream and half of the shredded cheese. Spread this mixture on top of the bean layer.
  3. Layer the salsa, diced tomatoes, and remaining cheese on top.
  4. Sprinkle with sliced olives and chopped green onions.
  5. Serve chilled with tortilla chips.

Notes

Customize flavors by adding jalapeños or green chilies for extra heat. Store leftovers in an airtight container for 3-5 days.
