Description

Delightful pinwheel sandwiches, perfect for parties or a quick snack, with customizable fillings and vibrant colors.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 slices of bread (white or brown)
  • 3 tsp butter
  • ¼ cup eggless mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp green chutney
  • ½ capsicum (thinly sliced)
  • 3 slices of cheese
  • ¼ tsp pepper powder
  • 3 tbsp cabbage (shredded)
  • ½ carrot (grated)
  • 1 tbsp tomato sauce
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Trim off the sides of the bread slices.
  2. Flatten the bread slices with a rolling pin.
  3. Spread 3 tsp of butter over the bread slices.
  4. Mix ¼ cup eggless mayonnaise with 1 tsp green chutney until well combined, then spread it over the buttered bread.
  5. Top with ½ capsicum and 3 slices of cheese.
  6. Sprinkle with ¼ tsp pepper powder, then add 3 tbsp of cabbage and ½ grated carrot.
  7. Garnish with 1 tbsp of tomato sauce and a pinch of salt.
  8. Roll tightly and wrap in cling wrap or aluminum foil.
  9. Refrigerate for 30 minutes before slicing.
  10. Serve your pinwheel sandwiches cold or at room temperature.

Notes

Use fresh bread for the best texture. Customize with various fillings.
