Description

A refreshing cocktail featuring muddled strawberries, lime, and fresh mint that’s perfect for summer.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 240 g (about 2 cups) Fresh Strawberries, hulled and chopped
  • 1012 Fresh Mint leaves
  • 60 ml (1/4 cup) Fresh Lime Juice
  • 2 tablespoons White Sugar
  • 240 ml (1 cup) Club Soda
  • Ice Cubes (as needed)

Instructions

  1. Muddle strawberries and mint in a sturdy glass until juiced, about 1 minute.
  2. Pour in lime juice and add sugar; stir gently to dissolve for about 1 minute.
  3. Fill the glass with ice cubes, almost to the top.
  4. Pour club soda slowly over the ice and stir gently to combine.
  5. Garnish with mint leaves or a lime slice and serve immediately.

Notes

Avoid over-muddling to keep the drink from becoming bitter. Best enjoyed fresh.
