- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 green bell pepper
- 1 onion
- 1 lime (juiced)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Skewers (wooden or metal)
Instructions
- Cut the steak into 1-inch cubes.
- In a bowl, combine lime juice, olive oil, minced garlic, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
- Add the steak cubes to the marinade, mix well, and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- While the steak is marinating, cut the bell peppers and onion into chunks.
- Thread the marinated steak, bell peppers, and onion onto skewers, alternating as desired.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Grill the kabobs for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the steak is cooked to your preferred level of doneness.
