Ingredients

- 2 racks of ribs (pork or beef)
- 1/4 cup of dry rub (your choice)
- Apple juice or cider
- Barbecue sauce
Instructions
- Preheat your smoker to 225°F (107°C).
- Apply the dry rub evenly on both sides of the ribs.
- Place the ribs in the smoker and smoke for 3 hours.
- After 3 hours, wrap the ribs in aluminum foil with a splash of apple juice and cook for an additional 2 hours.
- Unwrap the ribs and brush with barbecue sauce, then smoke for 1 more hour.
- Remove from the smoker, let rest for 10-15 minutes, slice, and serve.
