Description

Deliciously juicy smoked ribs with a perfect blend of dry rub and barbecue sauce.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 racks of ribs (pork or beef)
  • 1/4 cup of dry rub (your choice)
  • Apple juice or cider
  • Barbecue sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat your smoker to 225°F (107°C).
  2. Apply the dry rub evenly on both sides of the ribs.
  3. Place the ribs in the smoker and smoke for 3 hours.
  4. After 3 hours, wrap the ribs in aluminum foil with a splash of apple juice and cook for an additional 2 hours.
  5. Unwrap the ribs and brush with barbecue sauce, then smoke for 1 more hour.
  6. Remove from the smoker, let rest for 10-15 minutes, slice, and serve.

Notes

Choose a high-quality dry rub for the best flavor and let the ribs rest before slicing to keep them juicy.
