Description

A refreshing and vibrant salad perfect for warm days, made with fresh tomatoes, cucumber, and a light Ranch dressing.


Ingredients

  • 4 ripe tomatoes
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 small red onion
  • 4 hard-boiled egg whites
  • 1/2 cup Ranch dressing
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Chop the tomatoes, cucumber, and red onion into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Slice the hard-boiled egg whites.
  3. Combine the tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, egg whites, and fresh dill in a large bowl.
  4. Drizzle with Ranch dressing and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Toss gently to combine all ingredients.
  6. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
