Ingredients

  • 1 pound shrimp, deveined
  • 1 pound andouille sausage, sliced
  • 4 ears corn, cut in half
  • 1 pound baby potatoes, halved
  • 4 tablespoons Old Bay seasoning
  • 4 quarts water
  • Salt to taste
  • Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, bring 4 quarts of water to a boil. Add the Old Bay seasoning and salt.
  2. Add the potatoes and cook for about 10 minutes until slightly tender.
  3. Add the corn and sausage to the pot and cook for another 5 minutes.
  4. Finally, add the shrimp and cook for 3-4 minutes or until shrimp turn pink.
  5. Remove from heat and drain the pot.
  6. Serve with lemon wedges.
