- 1 pound shrimp, deveined
- 1 pound andouille sausage, sliced
- 4 ears corn, cut in half
- 1 pound baby potatoes, halved
- 4 tablespoons Old Bay seasoning
- 4 quarts water
- Salt to taste
- Lemon wedges for serving
Instructions
- In a large pot, bring 4 quarts of water to a boil. Add the Old Bay seasoning and salt.
- Add the potatoes and cook for about 10 minutes until slightly tender.
- Add the corn and sausage to the pot and cook for another 5 minutes.
- Finally, add the shrimp and cook for 3-4 minutes or until shrimp turn pink.
- Remove from heat and drain the pot.
- Serve with lemon wedges.
