- 240 g (1 cup) cream cheese
- 100 g (1/2 cup) powdered sugar
- 60 ml (1/4 cup) heavy cream
- Fresh fruits like strawberries, blueberries, kiwi, and bananas
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). In a bowl, cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy, about 2-3 minutes.
- Add in the egg and vanilla extract, then mix until well combined.
- Whisk together flour and baking powder in a separate bowl.
- Gradually add the dry mix into the wet ingredients. Mix just until combined.
- Scoop the dough onto your greased pizza pan and press it evenly into the base.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes or until lightly golden around the edges.
- Beat together cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth, then gradually add heavy cream until fluffy.
- Spread the cream cheese frosting evenly over the cooled crust.
- Arrange your choice of fresh fruits creatively on top.
- Slice the fruit pizza into wedges and serve immediately.
Notes
Store any leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days. The crust can be frozen for up to one month.
