Description

Delightful and refreshing cucumber sandwiches perfect for gatherings or a light lunch.


Ingredients

  • 1 cucumber
  • 8 slices of bread
  • 4 ounces cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Butter (optional)

Instructions

  1. Peel and thinly slice the cucumber.
  2. Mix cream cheese with fresh dill, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Spread the cream cheese mixture on one side of each slice of bread.
  4. Layer the cucumber slices on half of the bread slices.
  5. Top with the other half of the bread slices and press gently.
  6. Cut the sandwiches into quarters or halves and serve.
