Description

A delightful no-bake dessert featuring the unique flavors of matcha combined with creamy textures, perfect for hot days.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup matcha powder
  • 2 cups yogurt or coconut cream
  • 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk or honey (optional)
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Fresh fruit or nuts for topping

Instructions

  1. Mix together graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until well combined. Press the mixture into the bottom of a dish to form a crust.
  2. Combine matcha powder, yogurt (or coconut cream), and sweetened condensed milk (if using) until smooth. Add vanilla extract and mix well.
  3. Pour the matcha mixture over the crust and spread evenly.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 120 minutes until set.
  5. Serve chilled, topped with fresh fruit or nuts.

Notes

Use high-quality matcha for a richer flavor. Can be made a day ahead for better flavor melding.
