- 2 cups yogurt or coconut cream
- 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk or honey (optional)
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
- Mix together graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until well combined. Press the mixture into the bottom of a dish to form a crust.
- Combine matcha powder, yogurt (or coconut cream), and sweetened condensed milk (if using) until smooth. Add vanilla extract and mix well.
- Pour the matcha mixture over the crust and spread evenly.
- Refrigerate for at least 120 minutes until set.
- Serve chilled, topped with fresh fruit or nuts.
Notes
Use high-quality matcha for a richer flavor. Can be made a day ahead for better flavor melding.
