Description

A refreshing salad that combines sweet watermelon with fresh herbs and a hint of spice, perfect for summer barbecues or light lunches.


Ingredients

  • 4 cups Watermelon, cubed
  • 1/4 cup Fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1/4 cup Fresh mint, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Lime juice
  • 1 Jalapeño pepper, diced
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Chili powder

Instructions

  1. Cut the watermelon into cubes and place them in a large bowl.
  2. Chop the fresh cilantro and mint, then add them to the bowl.
  3. In a small bowl, mix the lime juice, diced jalapeño, salt, and chili powder.
  4. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
