Instructions
- Whisk together the lemon juice, Dijon mustard, soy sauce, honey, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Place the chicken in a resealable bag or container.
- Pour the marinade over the chicken, seal the bag, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or overnight for best flavor.
- Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard the marinade.
- Cook the chicken by grilling, searing, or baking until fully cooked.
Notes
For enhanced flavor, marinate the chicken overnight. Adjust the honey for sweetness or add lemon juice for tanginess.
