Description

Delicious grilled peaches that enhance the natural sweetness of summer fruit, perfect for dessert or as a side.


Ingredients

  • 4 Fresh peaches
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • Honey or brown sugar (optional)
  • Salt
  • Topping options: yogurt, granola, nuts, balsamic glaze, cinnamon, whipped cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium heat.
  2. Cut peaches in half and remove the pit.
  3. Brush the cut sides lightly with olive oil.
