Description

Ingredients

  • Breadcrumbs
  • 2 Eggs
  • Mustard
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Combine chopped corned beef, sauerkraut, Swiss cheese, mustard, and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Form the mixture into small balls.
  3. Dip each ball in beaten eggs, then roll in breadcrumbs to coat.
  4. Heat oil in a deep skillet over medium heat.
  5. Fry the balls until golden and crispy, about 3-4 minutes.
  6. Remove from oil and drain on paper towels.
  7. Serve hot with additional mustard for dipping.

Notes

For gluten-free version, use gluten-free breadcrumbs. Can be baked at 375°F for a healthier option.
