- 1 cup brown sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1/2 cup molasses
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup heavy cream

Instructions
- Prepare the pan by greasing a springform pan and setting up a water bath.
- Make the crust by mixing graham cracker crumbs, dark brown sugar, melted butter, and spices. Press into the pan.
- Beat the cream cheese until fluffy.
- Gradually mix in brown sugar, then add eggs one at a time, followed by molasses, sour cream, heavy cream, and vanilla extract.
- Add spices and cornstarch, blend smooth, and pour into the prepared crust.
- Bake in a water bath for 85 minutes.
- Cool for 10 minutes, then chill in the refrigerator for at least 6 hours.
- Prepare the whipped topping and frost when ready to serve.
