Ingredients

- 1 lb sirloin steak
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 bell pepper, cut into pieces
- 1 onion, cut into pieces
- 1 cup mushrooms
- Skewers (wooden or metal)
Instructions
- Cut the sirloin steak into bite-sized pieces.
- Combine soy sauce, olive oil, minced garlic, and Worcestershire sauce in a bowl to make the marinade.
- Add the steak pieces to the marinade and let them marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Cut the bell peppers and onions into pieces.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Thread the marinated steak, bell peppers, onions, and mushrooms onto the skewers.
- Grill the kabobs for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally until the steak is cooked to your liking.
- Serve warm.
Notes
Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes before using to prevent burning on the grill. You can add more vegetables like zucchini or cherry tomatoes for extra flavor.
