Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 Tbsp dried parsley
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt
  • 2 shakes of hot sauce

Instructions

  1. Place all marinade ingredients in a large ziplock and mix well.
  2. Add shrimp and combine to coat.
  3. Let the shrimp marinate in the fridge for 1-3 hours.
