A quick and delicious grilled shrimp recipe, perfect for summer barbecues and weeknight dinners.
Ingredients

- 1 lb raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 Tbsp dried parsley
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 2 shakes of hot sauce
Instructions
- Place all marinade ingredients in a large ziplock and mix well.
- Add shrimp and combine to coat.
- Let the shrimp marinate in the fridge for 1-3 hours.
- Remove shrimp from the ziplock and either skewer or use a grill pan to grill the shrimp for 5 minutes per side over medium-low heat.
Notes
For the best flavor, marinate for the full 3 hours. Serve with a fresh squeeze of lemon.
