A delicious and refreshing pasta salad combining the tangy flavor of dill pickles with crunchy vegetables, perfect for picnics and quick weeknight meals.

- 12 ounces pasta (your choice)
- 1 cup diced dill pickles
- 1 cup diced celery
- 1 cup diced red onion
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons pickle juice
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse with cold water to cool.
- Combine in a large bowl the cooked pasta, dill pickles, celery, and red onion.
- Mix in a separate bowl the mayonnaise, pickle juice, chopped dill, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the pasta mixture and stir until everything is well combined.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least an hour before serving to let the flavors meld.
Notes
Customize the salad with various vegetables and spices. Can be made ahead of time for better flavor.
