- 1 teaspoon cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Brown the ground beef in a large pot over medium heat. Drain any excess fat.
- Add the chopped onion and minced garlic; sauté until softened.
- Stir in the diced potatoes, beans, and beef broth, then bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer for about 15-20 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender.
- Stir in the heavy cream, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper; simmer for an additional 5 minutes.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.
Notes
For a spicier version, add diced jalapeños or chili powder. Substitute ground turkey or chicken for a lighter meal.
