A delicious appetizer combining tender chicken, creamy cheese, and spicy buffalo sauce, perfect for parties or game day.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the shredded chicken, cream cheese, ranch dressing, and buffalo sauce in a mixing bowl. Mix until well combined.
  3. Stir in the cheddar cheese and half of the green onions.
  4. Transfer the mixture to an oven-safe dish and spread it evenly.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until hot and bubbly.
  6. Top with the remaining green onions before serving.

Notes

For a healthier version, use rotisserie chicken or mix in different kinds of cheese. Adjust the heat level by reducing the buffalo sauce.
