Ingredients

- 1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 1 ripe avocado, diced
- 1 small red onion, finely chopped
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
- Juice of 1 lime
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Combine the chickpeas, diced avocado, red onion, bell pepper, cherry tomatoes, and cilantro in a large mixing bowl.
- Squeeze the lime juice over the salad and season with salt and pepper.
- Gently toss everything together until well combined.
- Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator before serving.
