Description

A delightful mix of juicy grilled chicken, crisp romaine lettuce, creamy Caesar dressing, and crunchy croutons.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 1 head romaine lettuce
  • 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup croutons
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for grilling

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and a drizzle of olive oil.
  3. Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until cooked through. Let it rest before slicing.
  4. While the chicken is grilling, wash and chop the romaine lettuce.
  5. In a large bowl, combine the lettuce, Caesar dressing, and half of the parmesan cheese. Toss until well coated.
  6. Slice the grilled chicken and place it on top of the salad.
  7. Sprinkle with remaining parmesan cheese and add croutons before serving.

Notes

For added crunch, use homemade croutons. Store leftovers in an airtight container. Keep croutons separate to avoid sogginess.
