Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Combine olive oil, soy sauce, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt in a bowl. Add the beef cubes and toss to coat.
- Thread the beef, bell peppers, and onion onto the skewers, alternating between meat and vegetables.
- Place the kabobs on the grill and cook for about 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until the beef is browned and cooked to your desired doneness.
- Remove from grill and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
