Instructions
- Prepare the Dry Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, whisk together 250 g (2 cups) of all-purpose flour, 10 g (2 teaspoons) of baking powder, 1 g (½ teaspoon) of salt, and 30 g (2 tablespoons) of sugar until well combined.
- Mash the Bananas: In a separate bowl, mash 2 ripe bananas until smooth.
- Mix Wet Ingredients: Add 240 ml (1 cup) of milk and 1 egg to the mashed bananas. Whisk together until combined and smooth.
- Combine Mixtures: Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients. Stir gently until just combined.
- Add Chocolate Chips: Fold in 150 g (1 cup) of chocolate chips to the batter.
- Heat the Skillet: Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add a small amount of butter or oil.
- Cook the Pancakes: Scoop about 60 ml (¼ cup) of batter onto the skillet and cook for about 2-3 minutes until bubbles form. Flip and cook for another 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve Immediately: Transfer pancakes to a plate and serve hot with your favorite toppings.
