Description

A delicious dessert that combines the rich flavors of cream cheese with indulgent Baileys Irish Cream.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 4 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup Baileys Irish Cream
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup dark chocolate, melted
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C). Grease and line the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press into the bottom of the prepared pan.
  3. Beat the cream cheese until smooth in a large mixing bowl. Gradually add sugar and continue to beat until fluffy.
  4. Add Baileys and eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  5. Stir in sour cream and heavy cream until well combined.
  6. Pour the cheesecake batter over the crust in the springform pan.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for about 1 hour or until the center is set.
  8. Remove from the oven and let it cool in the pan before transferring to the refrigerator to chill for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  9. Top with melted dark chocolate and whipped cream if desired.
  10. Slice and serve for a decadent dessert.
