Description

A fresh and delightful avocado salad packed with flavor and nutrients, perfect as a side dish or light main course.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 small red onion, diced
  • 1 cup cucumber, chopped
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cut the avocados in half and remove the pit. Scoop the flesh into a mixing bowl.
  2. Add the halved cherry tomatoes, diced red onion, and chopped cucumber to the bowl.
