Description

Witch Hat Halloween Cookies are adorable no-bake treats made with chocolate cookies, candy kisses, and colorful icing. These spooky-cute bites are perfect for Halloween parties, school treats, or fun baking crafts with kids.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 package fudge stripe cookies (or any round chocolate-dipped cookie)
  • 1 bag chocolate kisses, unwrapped
  • Colored icing (orange, green, purple, or black)
  • Sprinkles or edible glitter (optional)
  • Mini peanut butter cups instead of chocolate kisses
  • Homemade frosting or melted chocolate instead of icing
  • Gluten-free cookies if needed

Instructions

  1. Unwrap the chocolate kisses and lay the cookies flat, chocolate side up, on a tray or parchment-lined surface.
  2. Pipe a small ring of colored icing around the center hole of each cookie. This will act as glue and the hat’s ribbon.
  3. Place a chocolate kiss upside-down on top of the icing ring and press gently until secure.
  4. Add sprinkles, edible glitter, or candy eyes while icing is still soft for extra Halloween fun.
  5. Allow cookies to rest 15–30 minutes at room temperature or 10 minutes in the fridge until icing firms.
