Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 1 cup fresh spinach (finely chopped)
  • 1/2 cup white cheddar cheese (shredded)
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs (or almond flour for a gluten-free option)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix together the ground chicken, chopped spinach, shredded white cheddar cheese, breadcrumbs, minced garlic, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until just combined; be careful not to overmix.
  2. Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape each portion into a burger patty, about 1/2 inch thick.
  3. In a large skillet or grill pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  4. Add the chicken patties to the skillet and cook for about 5-6 minutes on each side, or until they are cooked through and reach an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  5. Place the cooked patties on burger buns and top with your favorite toppings, such as lettuce, tomato, and avocado.
  6. Serve immediately and enjoy your delicious White Cheddar Spinach Chicken Burgers!
