Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish with non-stick spray or a little coconut oil.
  2. If your bread isn’t stale, you can dry it out in the oven for about 10 minutes. Cut the bread into cubes and place them in a large mixing bowl.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the almond milk, granulated sugar, maple syrup, melted coconut oil, vanilla extract, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt until well combined.
  4. Pour the wet mixture over the cubed bread. Gently stir until all the bread pieces are soaked in the liquid.
