Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together tahini, olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  2. Marinate the Chicken: Place the chicken breasts in a large resealable plastic bag or a shallow dish. Pour the tahini marinade over the chicken, ensuring it’s well coated. Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat the Pan: Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add a splash of olive oil.
