Description

A delightful, easy no-bake treat combining creamy yogurt with the sweetness of fresh strawberries, perfect for warm days.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 500 g (2 cups) Greek yogurt
  • 250 g (2 cups) fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 50 ml (1/4 cup) honey or maple syrup
  • 100 g (1 cup) granola (optional)

Instructions

  1. Line a 9×13-inch baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the Greek yogurt and honey or maple syrup. Stir until well blended.
  3. Pour the yogurt mixture onto the lined baking sheet and spread it into an even layer about 1.5 cm thick.
  4. Place the sliced strawberries evenly over the yogurt.
  5. Cover the baking sheet and freeze for at least 4 hours or until completely firm.
  6. Once frozen, lift the yogurt bark out using the parchment paper and cut into pieces.

Notes

For a dairy-free version, use coconut yogurt. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days or in the freezer for up to 1 month.
