A delightful, easy no-bake treat combining creamy yogurt with the sweetness of fresh strawberries, perfect for warm days.

- 500 g (2 cups) Greek yogurt
- 250 g (2 cups) fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 50 ml (1/4 cup) honey or maple syrup
- 100 g (1 cup) granola (optional)
Instructions
- Line a 9×13-inch baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine the Greek yogurt and honey or maple syrup. Stir until well blended.
- Pour the yogurt mixture onto the lined baking sheet and spread it into an even layer about 1.5 cm thick.
- Place the sliced strawberries evenly over the yogurt.
- Cover the baking sheet and freeze for at least 4 hours or until completely firm.
- Once frozen, lift the yogurt bark out using the parchment paper and cut into pieces.
Notes
For a dairy-free version, use coconut yogurt. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days or in the freezer for up to 1 month.
