Description

Ingredients

  • 60 g (½ cup) all-purpose flour
  • 30 g (2 tbsp) brown sugar
  • 15 g (1 tbsp) granulated sugar
  • 30 ml (2 tbsp) milk
  • 15 g (1 tbsp) unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 30 g (¼ cup) chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, add the all-purpose flour, brown sugar, and granulated sugar. Whisk until combined.
  2. Pour in the milk, melted unsalted butter, and vanilla extract. Stir until a smooth dough forms.
  3. Gently fold in the chocolate chips using a rubber spatula until evenly distributed.
  4. Transfer the dough to a small bowl or plate. Optionally sprinkle with sea salt before enjoying!
