  • 1/4 cup butter (Browning enhances its nutty flavor.)
  • 2 cloves garlic (Chopped for aroma.)
  • 1 teaspoon thyme (Fresh thyme preferred.)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice (Adds brightness.)

Instructions

  1. Toss the mushrooms in a bowl with oil, salt, and pepper until coated.
  2. Spread mushrooms on a baking sheet and roast at 400°F for about 20 minutes, stirring halfway.
  3. In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat until browned, about 3-5 minutes.
