Peppermint Oreo Cookies are a festive treat combining the classic Oreo flavor with a refreshing peppermint twist.


Ingredients

  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1 cup crushed peppermint candies
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup crushed Oreo cookies

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
  3. Add the eggs and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
  5. Gradually blend the dry ingredients into the wet mixture.
  6. Stir in the crushed peppermint candies, chocolate chips, and crushed Oreo cookies.
  7. Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden.
  9. Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
