Description

A creamy, high-protein ice cream that’s easy to make without a churn, perfect for a healthy treat or post-workout snack.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 240 g (1 cup) Peanut Butter
  • 480 g (2 cups) Greek Yogurt
  • 75 g (1 scoop) Protein Powder
  • 60 ml (¼ cup) Honey or Maple Syrup
  • 240 ml (1 cup) Milk
  • 5 ml (1 tsp) Vanilla Extract

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, Greek yogurt, and honey. Mix with a hand mixer on low speed for about 2-3 minutes until smooth.
  2. Add protein powder and milk to the mixture and continue mixing for another 2-3 minutes.
  3. Stir in vanilla extract until evenly distributed.
  4. Transfer mixture to a freezer-safe container and cover tightly. Freeze for at least 4 hours.
  5. Allow to sit at room temperature for 5-10 minutes before scooping. Serve and enjoy!

Notes

Ensure all ingredients are well combined to avoid ice crystals. Can be stored in the freezer for about one month.
