- ¼ cup (85 g) honey
- ¼ cup (40 g) chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon (15 g) chia seeds
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats and chia seeds. Stir until well mixed.
- Add the peanut butter and honey to the oat mixture and mix until fully combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
- Roll about 1 tablespoon of mixture into a ball, repeating until all mixture is used.
- Chill the energy bites on a baking sheet for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
