Ingredients

Scale
  • 240 g (2 medium) ripe bananas, peeled
  • 64 g (1/4 cup) creamy peanut butter
  • 360 ml (1 1/2 cups) milk (or plant milk)
  • 120 g (1/2 cup) plain Greek yogurt
  • 1521 g (1 tbsp) honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 120 g (68 medium ice cubes) or frozen banana slices
  • 5 ml (1 tsp) vanilla extract
  • a pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Place the ripe bananas on the scale and peel them.
  2. Add the peanut butter, Greek yogurt, and milk to the blender.
  3. Add honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt if needed.
  4. Add the ice cubes or frozen banana slices to the blender.
  5. Blend until smooth and frothy, checking texture and adjusting with milk or ice if necessary.
  6. Pour into two glasses and serve immediately.

Notes

Use very ripe bananas for natural sweetness. Add additional ice if a thicker texture is desired.
