- 1 cup frozen green peas (thawed)
- 6 strips bacon, cooked and chopped

- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/3 cup sour cream
- 2 teaspoons white vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Boil rigatoni in salted water until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water to cool.
- Let frozen peas thaw at room temperature or run hot pasta water over them while draining.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, vinegar, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add the cooled pasta, peas, bacon, parsley, and chives into the bowl. Toss gently to coat evenly.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to let flavors meld and dressing thicken.
- Stir before serving. Add extra herbs or a splash of milk if needed to loosen the dressing.
