- 1 Tbsp (5g) Unsweetened Dark Cocoa Powder
- 1–2 tsp Granulated Sugar Substitute (optional)
- 1/4 cup (60g) Canned Pumpkin

- Add the canned pumpkin to the dry mixture and mix until you get a smooth, thick batter.
- For easy removal after cooking, transfer the batter to a second mug or bowl lightly sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.
- Microwave the mixture on high for 1 to 1.5 minutes if making a single serving. If doubling the recipe, microwave for 2 to 2.5 minutes. Watch carefully to prevent overflow.
