  • 2 cups old-fashioned oats
  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.
  5. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
  6. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and mix just until combined.
  7. Stir in the oats, shredded coconut, and chocolate chips until evenly mixed.
  8. Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
