- 200 g (2 cups) crushed graham crackers
- 115 g (½ cup) unsalted butter, melted
- 225 g (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 120 g (1 cup) powdered sugar
- 480 ml (2 cups) whipped topping
- 240 ml (1 cup) chocolate sauce
- 240 ml (1 cup) caramel sauce
- 100 g (about 1 cup) chopped pecans
Instructions
- Prepare the Crust: In a bowl, combine the crushed graham crackers with melted butter and press into a 9×13-inch baking dish. Chill in the fridge.
- Make the Cream Cheese Layer: Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth, then fold in whipped topping.
- Assemble the Lasagna: Spread half of the cream cheese mixture over the crust, drizzle with half of the chocolate and caramel sauces, and sprinkle half of the chopped pecans.
- Add the Second Layer: Repeat the process with the remaining ingredients.
- Chill and Serve: Cover and chill for at least 4 hours. Cut into squares and serve chilled.
