Description

Ingredients

  • 200 g (2 cups) crushed graham crackers
  • 115 g (½ cup) unsalted butter, melted
  • 225 g (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 120 g (1 cup) powdered sugar
  • 480 ml (2 cups) whipped topping
  • 240 ml (1 cup) chocolate sauce
  • 240 ml (1 cup) caramel sauce
  • 100 g (about 1 cup) chopped pecans

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Crust: In a bowl, combine the crushed graham crackers with melted butter and press into a 9×13-inch baking dish. Chill in the fridge.
  2. Make the Cream Cheese Layer: Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth, then fold in whipped topping.
  3. Assemble the Lasagna: Spread half of the cream cheese mixture over the crust, drizzle with half of the chocolate and caramel sauces, and sprinkle half of the chopped pecans.
  4. Add the Second Layer: Repeat the process with the remaining ingredients.
  5. Chill and Serve: Cover and chill for at least 4 hours. Cut into squares and serve chilled.
