- 8 oz melted white chocolate

Instructions

- Crush the cookies in a food processor or with a rolling pin until fine crumbs form.
- Mix crushed cookies with cream cheese in a large bowl until sticky and well combined.
- Shape the mixture into two balls (one larger and one smaller) to form the snowman.
- Chill the shaped truffles in the freezer for 20 minutes until firm.
- Melt white chocolate over a double boiler or in a microwave until smooth.
- Coat each truffle in the melted chocolate, allowing excess to drip off.
- Decorate with melted chocolate for eyes, buttons, and a scarf.
- Set the finished truffles back in the freezer for 5-10 minutes to firm up.
