Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup crushed cookies (such as Oreos)
  • 8 oz dairy-free cream cheese
  • 8 oz melted white chocolate
  • Colorful chocolates or candies for decoration
  • Edible glitter (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare your workstation by lining a baking tray with greaseproof paper.
  2. Crush the cookies in a food processor or with a rolling pin until fine crumbs form.
  3. Mix crushed cookies with cream cheese in a large bowl until sticky and well combined.
  4. Shape the mixture into two balls (one larger and one smaller) to form the snowman.
  5. Chill the shaped truffles in the freezer for 20 minutes until firm.
  6. Melt white chocolate over a double boiler or in a microwave until smooth.
  7. Coat each truffle in the melted chocolate, allowing excess to drip off.
