  • 240 ml (1 cup) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 150 g (1 cup) chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine flour and brown sugar. Mix well until there are no lumps (1-2 minutes).
  2. Add softened unsalted butter to the dry mixture and mix until crumbly (3-4 minutes).
  3. Pour in sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract. Mix until it forms a dough (2-3 minutes).

  5. Line a 9-inch square baking pan with parchment paper and spread the dough evenly while pressing down firmly.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 45 minutes to set the bars.
