Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine flour and brown sugar. Mix well until there are no lumps (1-2 minutes).
- Add softened unsalted butter to the dry mixture and mix until crumbly (3-4 minutes).
- Pour in sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract. Mix until it forms a dough (2-3 minutes).

- Line a 9-inch square baking pan with parchment paper and spread the dough evenly while pressing down firmly.
- Refrigerate for at least 45 minutes to set the bars.
- Remove from the pan using parchment paper, cut into squares, and serve.
