- 250 g (2 cups) fresh raspberries
- 240 ml (1 cup) unsweetened almond milk
- 150 g (1 cup) protein powder (vanilla or unflavored)
- 50 g (1/4 cup) honey or maple syrup
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions
- Blend the raspberries, almond milk, protein powder, honey (or maple syrup), and lemon juice in a blender until smooth, about 1–2 minutes.
- Pour the blended mixture into the Ninja Creami pint container and freeze for at least 8 hours or preferably overnight.
- After freezing, remove the pint from the freezer and process the mixture in the Ninja Creami until creamy, typically about 1–2 minutes.
- Scoop the ice cream into bowls or cones and enjoy immediately for a soft-serve texture or freeze for 30 minutes for a firmer consistency.
Notes
Ensure the container is tightly sealed to avoid freezer burn. The ice cream can be made up to one week in advance and stored in an airtight container.
