- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, diced
- 4 tablespoons butter

- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the bowtie pasta and cook until al dente according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In the same pot, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat. Add the diced chicken, seasoning it with salt and pepper. Cook until the chicken is browned and cooked through, approximately 5-7 minutes.
- Add the minced garlic to the pot and sauté for an additional minute until fragrant.
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring it to a simmer. Stir continuously for about 2 minutes.
- Gradually mix in the mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses, stirring until melted and the sauce is creamy. Adjust seasoning with additional salt and pepper if needed.
- Add the cooked bowtie pasta to the sauce, tossing to coat the pasta thoroughly in the creamy mixture.
- Stir in the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter until melted and well combined.
