Mozzarella Garlic Butter Chicken Bowties In Cheesy Cream is an incredible ultimate recipe that combines tender chicken, creamy sauce, and pasta for a delightful meal.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz bowtie pasta
  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, diced
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the bowtie pasta and cook until al dente according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In the same pot, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat. Add the diced chicken, seasoning it with salt and pepper. Cook until the chicken is browned and cooked through, approximately 5-7 minutes.
  3. Add the minced garlic to the pot and sauté for an additional minute until fragrant.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream and bring it to a simmer. Stir continuously for about 2 minutes.
  5. Gradually mix in the mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses, stirring until melted and the sauce is creamy. Adjust seasoning with additional salt and pepper if needed.
  6. Add the cooked bowtie pasta to the sauce, tossing to coat the pasta thoroughly in the creamy mixture.
  7. Stir in the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter until melted and well combined.
  8. Remove from heat and garnish with freshly chopped parsley before serving.
